Although, i think yahoo's homepage still needs improvement, the overall new look is a step in the right direction. Putting more catagories into frames will help websurfers more easily navigate through their page. The biggest suggestion I can offer to any page is to keep it simple. Make your page as if someone who's never used a computer could figure out what to do. although...in most cases the above advice holds true, i wonder if this is the case with google's homepage. Google's page needs more content. Right now, would be a perfect time for them to make the change too (since their stock has been recently hot).
